Zinnwald Lithium plc, the European focused lithium company developing the integrated Zinnwald Lithium Project in Germany (the \u201cProject\u201d), is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominik Simler as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Dominik replaces Graham Brown, who has stepped down from the Board.<\/p>\n

Dominik brings over 20 years of pan-European investment and advisory experience, with a particular focus on the central European German speaking region (\u201cDACH\u201d). He has extensive experience in structuring and sourcing capital and working with stakeholders across various industries, having held senior roles at leading private equity and investment firms including AEA Investors, Investcorp International and L-GAM Advisors. Dominik is the Founder and Managing Director of Brenta Partners LLP and also serves as Senior Advisor for the DACH region at All Seas Capital.<\/p>\n

Dominik holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester. He holds German and British nationality.<\/p>\n
